THere remaineth now none other thing to be ſpoken of, but to ſee how this gentle knight putteth on his harneſſe, to enter into this fight. Wherupō we hauehave here againe to note, that ouer & beſides the conſecratiō of his masking clothes, there are yet ſacramental words, which the Prieſt muſt mumble vp in the teeth, whiles he is in furniſhing of him ſelfe, & that eueryevery peece of his harnes hath his peculiar prayer by it ſelf, that it might be of power to ſerue the turne for the which it was ordained. Wherin we may ſee how they ieſt, both with God & with his word. But as the diuine office is diuerſe, according to the diuers vſes therof, euen ſo likewiſe ar the prayers diuerſe, which here we wil preſently ſpeake of, & alſo the application of the harnes & maſking apparell.
