Of the Introite, Kyrie eleyſon, and Gloria in excelſis Deo. CHAPTER XI.
IN the entree into the Maſſe, Miſſ. G.let the prieſt ſay,
Our helpe is in the name of the Lord, who hath made both heauen & earth. Bleſſed be the name of the Lord, from henceforth for euermore. In ye name of the Father, † of the Sonne, † & of the holy Ghoſt †. So be it.
Afterward, Miſſ. R. Celeſtine 1.let him read the aGreg. 1. Pontien 1. Damaſc.Introite of the Maſſe, his hands being a ſunder, and lifted vp a litle.
Here followeth the Maſſe of Corpus Chriſti Feaſte.
The Introite.
bThom. Aqui. Vrban. 4.HE fed thē with the fineſt of the wheat praiſed be God: and filled them with the hony of the rocke, praiſe God, praiſe God, praiſe God.

Then muſt he ſay,

f Then let him goe to the middeſt of the aultar, and bowing him ſelf a litle g and if it be to be ſaid, let him ſay.
Gloria in excelſis deo. &c.
And here is to be noted, that at eueryevery morrowe maſſe he muſt alwaies ſay.
Te Deum laudamus, Te Dominum. &c.
VVithout it be ſaid vponupon any Saintes euen, in lent, or on the ember daies, Neuertheleſſe there is ſaide vponupon Eaſter and whiteſonne euen, accordinglye as is ſet downe in the blacke letter.
Glorye be to God on highe, and peace on the earth, good will towardes men, we praiſe thee, we bleſſe the, we worſhippe thee, and glorifie thee, we geue thankes for thy great glory, Lord God heauenly King, God the Father Almighty: Lord Ieſus Chriſt the only ſonne.
